4th of July at the Hav’s was a great success. Everyone had a great time and the fireworks were awesome. SO glad the neighbors are so cool about them!! We had about 5 families all around the cul-de-sac setting off fireworks. The kids were yelling OOOH AHHHH! Here is Ryan and his buddy Ian Conner playing in the sprinkler.
Ian borrowed Ryan’s shark swim trunks and Ryan is wearing some Korean swim trunks that his Imo Holmoni got him when he was a baby. I think he looks SOOO cute in them!!
A couple of days ago, a bunch of us got together to go blackberry picking. It was alot of fun for the mom’s but I am not so sure about the kids. hehe Here is a photo of them before, I wish I had one of after. Oh my goodness, the kids were COVERED in blackberry juice. Ryan knocked our bucket over and I had it all over my hands! I don’t know why I didn’t think it would be messy. LOL!
Ry and I went to the zoo with Jacob and Ethan and Andrew and Grace. Here is a picture of the 3 older boys. They crack each other up!
We also went to the Bartlesville Kiddie Park with the Korean Playgroup. Ryan, Ryan and Cara. Ryan came home about 2-3 months before my Ryan came home and Cara is his older sister. Ryan just ADORED her!
Haven’t heard anything from CIS on I-600 approval yet. We’re not expecting to hear from them for at least a month. I’ve been praying for an update from Eastern on Evie’s weight and height. She seems like she is going to be about the size Ryan was at the same age. That would make it easier for me to guess sizes for clothes. My in-laws arrive tomorrow to help with Korea Camp and we have 2 Korean Adoptees staying with us to volunteer at camp as well. It will be a fun filled exciting week at the Hav’s! I can’t wait!
